The safety, practicality and faultless use of a window depend on the
quality of the hardware.
Our partner is ROTTO - world leader in hardware. A multi-level anti-pry
protection system for windows and balcony doors, including the possibility of
connecting the windows to an alarm system, effectively protects you against
intruders.
Rotto NT multi-point hardware, even in the
standard version, provides a high level of anti-pry protection. Lower horizontal
and back vertical arms of the sash are fitted with anti-pry mushroom
cams locking onto anti-pry RU fastening on the jamb. Thus, to further reinforce the windows, you need a much lower number of other
types of strikers and elements, than in other hardware systems.
The unseal function, open - arrest, grading of the angle of the ajar function all
make iteasier to use these windows. The standard version is fitted
with: handle blockade, micro-ventilation, central bolt with a handle in double
sash windows with a movable mullion which makes the
handling of windows larger than 130
cms easier.
Anti-pry resistance class:
Window WK1 has strong resistance properties against prying. Special Rotto NT anti-pry elements provide a high level of protection; an anti-pry striker and
corners with mushroom cams effectively protect the window or balcony door in
the four corners. A compulsory protection against drilling into the handle from
the outside and a locked handle give enhanced protection.
WK 2 is an extension of the WK 1 class. Additional anti-pry elements
with locking mushroom cams throughout the whole perimeter of the sash reinforce the
connection point between the sash and the jamb. Consequently, the window is
capable of withstanding increased force.
WK 3 protects against burglaries with the use of heavy tools, crowbar, for
example. Additional reinforcement of the fittings in class WK 1
and WK 2 is achieved by mushroom cam lock points in the corners and an anti-pry peg
guide. In addition, spaces between the lock points in the middle locks have
been reduced in size, which also inhibits pry attempts on the sash and
jamb.
Glazing
We use insulated window panels with a heat transmission coefficient of
U=1,1.
Float and thermofloat type glass are characterized by a perfectly even
surface, of uniform thickness throughout the pane, making image
distortion imperceptible.
The following types of pane are available:
- with enhanced thermal insulation U=0,9 and U=0,6,
- soundproof with acoustic insulation 36-44dB,
- safety class O2, inhibiting burglary of P2 and P3
class and anti-burglary class P4, as well as an alarm frame inside the glazing
panel.
Drip caps
We fit our windows with two drip caps manufactured by Aluron, which typifies
SoftLine`s modern design system.
We also offer anodic-oxidized profiles in the following colors:

Seals
For easy use, we fit two Q-LON energy-saving seals, manufactured by
SCHLEGEL.
