Durability
A properly treated and painted wooden window is one that will
last for several generations. We can still see windows over 100 years old
constructed using traditional methods that have hardly changed over the years.
Thermal insulation
Wooden windows are characterized by a very high thermal insulation
coefficient, meaning that wooden window frames do not transmit heat from
the inside out. Such windows are, therefore, a good
investment as they save you money on the cost of heating, a large proportion of house maintenance expenses.

Resistance to twisting and warping
Wood as a natural material does not expand when heated. This quality is
paricularly important in summer when, as a result of the sun`s rays,
the external surface of the window can reach temperatures as high as 80°C. Expansion of the building material of the windows contributes to twisting and warping of the
frames, resulting in a substantial deterioration in the insulating properties
of the windows, causing a loss of heat, a decline in the windows acoustic insulation
properties and leakage during heavy rainfall. An absence of
heat-induced expansion and additional reinforcement of the wood are your guarantee that our wooden windows will not warp.
Option of painting and renovating
Wooden windows frames need to be renovated at regular intervals.
A coating, professionally applied, with the use of modern water-based materials,
can last as long as 10 years. For the purposes of renovatng and protecting
the window frame, modern eco-friendly varnishes can be applied
to the surface by anybody. The possibility of re-painting windows also
allows for a changein colour, whenever you choose - an option you don`t have, in the case of PVC windows.
Natural look
Our windows have a natural look - especially those with a visible wood
texture. They are particularly suitable for houses built in the traditional architectural manner, with wooden finishing and details, and inside –
old wooden furniture. Wooden window frames and jambs have better thermal
insulation properties than plastic or aluminium ones.
